So, as you all know my flight got cancelled due to mechanical failure of this stupid plane. I am supposed to be in Addis Ababa this second getting my Visa to enter the country. WELL, obviously this didn't work out and now I am in the middle east. So by default I have actually knocked out an extra continent on my goal of all 7 before I'm 30. TWO CONTINENTS ONE TRIP. Since I actually left the airport and now I'm at the Golden Tulip Hotel this TOTALLY counts! Tomorrow my flight leaves at 6:25pm so this time tomorrow night I will be stumbling through the Addis hotel all zombie like and stuff.
I was actually going to see Petra, but its $120ish a person. So nope. Oh well. My Indiana Jones adventure will be had after I've turned 30.
Jordan has a funny smell here, and I just want to move along. It was pretty cool to hear the evening prayers broadcast through the city, but it was also kind of strange. This is a male dominated society and the waiters here are all jerks. During dinner tonight a waiter actually broke a wine glass on me and then my thumb was cut by a shard of glass.
This is just not my day. A fly flew into my eye during dinner.
They charge for all drinks too. Like, water. Its bottled so I understand, but these people don't really understand simple american english and its incredibly frustrating.
I've actually been writing a journal about my trip and my experiences while traveling. Writing down my thoughts and things of that nature. I've got a good long few pages going at this point. But this is more for my eyes only, this blog is for all of you :-p The flight from London to Amman was probably the worst of my life. Some super annoying person snapped in my face to wake me up, some womans son was sleeping all up on me... The food was terrible. But whatever. I'm just being a whiner. I want to be in Africa already and knock out my 2nd continent of my trip. This part of Asia is cool but it also SUCKS. Cause its expensive.
George Clooney acts in Foreign commercials but he's too good for American ones other than movies.
So y'all need to send me some emails cause I'm frustrated and want to hear something other than frustrating travels.
I don't need to know everything in your head. I got my own worries. ;)

Lol, no kidding. A lot of actors are in foreign commercials. I can't remember who did a jean commercial but it was totally ridiculous and completely hilarious. I'll check in again when I get to the airport in Africa cause they have free wifi there and I'll be in line for a VISA forever too.

I'm totally gonna publish my dirty little secrets when I'm old and don't give a damn anymore. Who knows, maybe I'll just do it when I become more famous then scandal will make me SUPER famous.
